Wake Up and Smile! = )

"Start every day with a smile and get it over with."

Have you ever wake up in the morning and feeling grouchy, out of sorts, tired and all the things you sometimes feel on Monday morning?
And it ruins your mood for the rest of your day ....
So start smiling every time you wake up in the morning....
It may make you look like a crazy person who is smiling for no reason...
But trust me... it actually help you a lot....
Why?
This is because smiling helps in the production of hormone known as oxytocin a.k.a "caring hormone"...
According to a website... this hormone can leads to a greater bonding and intimacy..

“A smile is the shortest distance between two people.”
As this proverb says, smiling also helps to bring people who don't know each other together. It is a very good ice-breaker. (ooo.... so this is the ice that we can break with a smile)

  • The effects of a smile are so powerful that even a smile on the telephone produces positive results. (REALLY!!...?)

So let wake up in the morning with a smile!! =)
